In the box
- Charging dock — NEO returns here between chores. Roughly 6 minutes on the dock adds an hour of runtime.
- Lint roller — the knit suit attracts fluff like any sweater.
- Case — a protective case for transport and storage.
Cleaning
The suit and shoes are machine washable nylon. The hands are rated IP68 (submersible) and the body IP44 (splash-proof), so wiping down after kitchen work is fine; a bath is not.
Charging routine
With about 4 hours of active runtime per charge, a typical day will involve several dock visits. The companion app schedules chores, so aligning heavy tasks with full charge is easy.
Support
Early Access includes a 3-year warranty and premium support; the subscription includes standard support. Ask about turnaround times for repairs — a home robot is not something you can drop off at the local shop.
