- The deposit is refundable. $200 is due today and is fully refundable up to the point your unit is ready for delivery. Confirm this in the order terms at checkout.
- Deliveries start in 2026, US first. Early Access purchasers are prioritised, then subscribers. International deliveries come later.
- Launch chores are basic. Expect fetching, tidying, doors, lights, plants and laundry carrying — not cooking a meal.
- Some tasks may be remotely assisted. Understand the remote-operation model and its privacy controls.
- Do the maths. Subscription breaks even with purchase at about 40 months.
- Check your home. Stairs, narrow doorways and clutter all matter for a 5′6″ walking robot.
- Plan for updates. Capability grows through software; budget time to learn the app and give feedback.
Our bottom line
Because the deposit is refundable, reserving a place is a low-risk way to keep your options open. Just go in expecting a first-generation product and read the manufacturer's terms and privacy policy before you commit real money.
